Three Paddlers in a Canoe
Three Paddlers in a Canoe

Come for Summer Camp at The Canadian Canoe Museum in July & August!

Challenge your child's imagination with a week at CanoeKids Summer Day Camp. An experience like no other! They may carve a paddle, make kayaks, carve soapstone, learn canoe music, cook trail food, learn to paddle while day trip canoeing, and through story, song and games, become steeped in the lore of the canoe - the icon that is Canada. New for this summer, children aged 9 to 13 have the opportunity to earn their entry level Ontario Recreational Canoeing and Kayaking Association's paddling certification in a fun-filled, four day long course taught by our experienced ORCKA instructors! Don’t be disappointed: call or drop in to register.

Testimonial
"...you fully supported my effort to take advantage of the wonderful resource that is embodied in the Museum. Classes such as mine in Historical Geography benefit almost infinitely from the proximity to a national resource such as yours." - Alan Brunger, Professor of Geography, Trent University
